At WebToTeamMaster, we want every learner to feel confident about their investment in our courses. Since our training includes digital content, live sessions, and downloadable resources, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund can be requested within 3 days of purchase if the learner has accessed less than 10% of the course content.
No refund will be provided once live classes are attended or digital materials are fully accessed.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after purchase.
Issues on the learner’s side (such as poor internet, lack of time, or device problems).
Account misuse, including sharing login details.
3. Course Cancellation by Us
If WebToTeamMaster cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, learners will receive a 100% refund.
4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
